Avg. day = shake for breakfast (through morning); lunch = salad with cheese or chicken for protein; dinner = chicken or beef with veggies and/or salad greens.

I have oatmeal with nuts or almond butter very occasionally on weekends (once a month at most); if I go out "fine dining" I may succumb to bread (and love every second of it). So, statistically, bread/grains makes up about 1-3% of my diet; 5% on a "living the good life" day/week/month. As I do think that eating bread (and perhaps drinking wine with cheese) IS living the "good life" - unfortunately it's not sustainable for most, or me.
