The Discovery Process – in order to discover the reason(s) for what’s ailing you, Dr. Rob begins with analyzing comprehensive intake forms. Next, Dr. Rob will attentively listen to your complete history and then ask pertinent questions to explore your present and past health situation more closely. This crucial beginning step will direct Dr. Rob to which area(s) of your body to evaluate.
The Examination Process – in order to evaluate your health issues, Dr. Rob will thoroughly examine different systems of your body. These include (but are not limited to) your musculoskeletal, nervous, endocrine, immune, lymphatic, digestive, respiratory, and cardiovascular system. This process includes a participative in-office physical and Professional Applied Kinesiology examination. If necessary, Dr. Rob will order lab tests (blood, saliva, urine, and/or stool) and/or imaging studies (x-ray, MRI, etc.). The in-office exam will help to uncover exactly what is adversely affecting you.
The Determination Process – after the discovery and examination processes are complete, your diagnosis will be determined, ultimately leading to your individualized treatment plan.
The Individualized Treatment Process – after the discovery, examination, and determination processes are complete, Dr. Rob begins assembling your treatment plan. Depending on your unique situation, treatments will include some or all of the following: muscle activation and balancing; myofascial trigger point release; chiropractic adjustments (or joint mobilization techniques); cranio-sacral and TMJ realignment; acupressure; lymphatic drainage; Applied Kinesiology techniques; mental and emotional stress release techniques; cold laser therapy; nutritional supplements; herbs; flower essences; homeopathy; dietary and food sensitivity guidance; genetic polymorphism counseling; muscle strengthening and stretching exercises; neurological rehabilitation exercises; and/or lifestyle and biohacking recommendations.
